SHIPPING
Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. If your package is returned to our facility, then a shipping charge will be applied.

$14.95 FLAT RATE SHIPPING ON LESS THAN 2 CASES **
* Free shipping is applied to orders of 2 cases or more within our shipping area. A premium shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied to orders outside of our shipping area.
** $14.95 flat rate shipping is applied to orders of less than 2 cases within our shipping area. An additional premium shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied to orders outside of our shipping area.

PO BOXES
Unfortunately, our courier does not ship to PO Boxes so please be sure to include your full home address or your order will be returned to us and a shipping charge will be applied.
DIRECT DELIVERY
Lake of Bays Brewing Co. does direct delivery for every order through a third party service. Please make sure someone of 19+ is available to provide ID to accept the delivery. Canpar or ICS will attempt one delivery to your home address; if there is no response then it will be left at your closest depot location for 5 days, to be picked up.
LOCAL PICK-UP
When selecting local pick up at Huntsville Brewhouse, Bracebridge Barrelhouse or Baysville taproom please make sure someone of 19+ is available to provide ID to accept the the pick up. If proper ID is not available then the package will be held until one can be provided.
DELAYED SHIPMENT
If you are reaching out to us in regards to a delayed or lost package, we encourage you to reach out to the courier service directly for more information. Unfortunately, once your package has left our facility we are provided with the same delivery information as you, and in most cases you (the customer) will be able to get answers just as quickly, if not faster, than our team. If you would like us to reach out to the courier on your behalf we would be happy to do so, but please note once we reach out a formal investigation will be launched, and investigation times will vary depending on the situation and your delivery address.

Track a shipment
If a resolution cannot be made within 14 business days from your original shipping date, we will re-ship and/or consider issuing a refund for the product at that time.
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to recurring or deferred purchases made through the online store operated by Lake of Bays Brewing Company (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Recurring or Deferred Purchases
Certain products available on our website may be offered as subscription-style purchases. By selecting a recurring purchase option and completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the price and frequency displayed at the time of purchase until the order is fulfilled or the purchase option is cancelled.
2. Cancelling a Recurring Purchase
You may cancel a recurring purchase at any time before the next scheduled billing date.
To cancel, you may:

Log into your customer account and manage your subscription settings; or

Contact our customer support team with your order details.
Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing or processing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
3. Orders Already Processed
If a recurring order has already been processed or shipped at the time your cancellation request is received:

The order cannot be cancelled or modified.

The order will be fulfilled and shipped according to our standard shipping timelines.
Please allow 2–10 business days for orders to be packaged and shipped, as outlined in our shipping policy.
4. Refunds
Because our products include alcoholic beverages and consumable goods, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed or shipped, except where required by applicable law or in cases where products arrive damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Payment Authorization
By enrolling in a recurring purchase option, you authorize Lake of Bays Brewing Company to automatically charge your provided payment method for each billing cycle until the purchase option is cancelled in accordance with this policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain current and valid.
6. Changes to Purchase Options
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue recurring purchase options at any time, including product availability, pricing, or billing frequency. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been processed.
